Through the point of view of Jaquin Caal Maquin, the first child reported to have died while in ICE custody, she re-imagined her as the United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees proposing new resolutions calling for no ICE presence, open borders and control of the UN by indigenous people of the global south and Western Hemisphere.
