WoW Group is a diverse group of five women: Samar Al Kerawe, Katja Kovač, Favour Edokpayi Musa, Viktoriia Pospelova, and Samar Zughool. Coordinated by Tanja Završki.

Inspired by Beckett’s play Catastrophe, all members of the WoW Group in Catastrophe Blues II have explored the role of director, assistant director, and protagonist. We invite you to join this performative conversation and experience what it means to instruct and be instructed by exploring systems of hierarchy and power. If the power structures need to be changed, what actions are you willing to take?

The workshop will take place in two parts: between 10.00 and 13.30, and between 17.00 and 21.00. Apply at rezervacije@cityofwomen.org.

On Wednesday 16 June at 21.30, the film Catastrophe Blues I (2020) will be screened at the Festival of Migrant Film. The screening and the talk after it will be held in the facilities of Slovene Philanthropy at the address Cesta Dolomitskega odreda 11.
