Vienna based Subshrubs explore sonic galaxies of melodramatic vastness and unforeseen horizons. Their fantastic universe governs a discordant harmony in which instinct and intellect, the imaginary and the real, the sonic and the supersonic intersect. Their compositions evoke an enigma of bizarre lullabies, of dramatic childhood memories-images and mysterious love poems. Their chaotic (non)structures and abstract sonic poetry resound in a surrealist audio experience created with sophisticated instruments, electronic devices, and objects producing sounds we have never heard before. A unique and unforgettable live performance experience!
